Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed with Smitam Jewels, cancellations are not accepted.

However, if for any reason your order is cancelled from our side, we will promptly notify you. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy
Every piece of jewelry at Smitam Jewels is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, blending traditional and modern techniques. Due to the unique nature of this process, we cannot guarantee that the product will exactly match the images shown on our website.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in size, dimensions, and color may occur due to photography and lighting used. Additionally, natural stones, pearls, and gemstones used in our jewelry may have inherent irregularities, which are a testament to their beauty and uniqueness, not defects.

To ensure satisfaction, we strongly encourage you to review the product details and images thoroughly before placing an order. Since monitors vary in color display, we cannot guarantee an exact match, and returns or exchanges on color discrepancies will not be accepted.

If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide extra images, videos, and any other details you need.

Exchanges will be considered only in the following cases:

       The product arrives damaged during transit (please provide valid video proof).

       The package is lost by the courier partner.

       If an incorrect item is shipped and the product is unused and undamaged by the customer.

Shipping Charges
As a small business, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We appreciate your understanding and support, as these costs are additional to your order total.

Sale Items
Please note that items purchased during a sale are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns (If Applicable)
Returns will only be accepted in cases where the product is damaged during transit, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us verify damage, we request that you record an unboxing video when receiving your product. Please send the video, along with clear images of the damage, to our WhatsApp at +91 9654029166, along with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. The product must be unused and in its original condition, with tags and labels intact. After inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued In The Following Situations:

       Incorrect or outdated shipping address.

       After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier.

       Package refused by the recipient.

       Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

       Non-faulty or non-damaged items.

       Issues not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping (If Applicable)
As a small business, we do not offer reverse pickup for returns. Please reach out to us before sending back any items. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and details to return the product.
