Shipping & Delivery
At Smitam Jewels, we understand the excitement of receiving your order and we take great care in delivering your jewelry in pristine condition. To ensure the best experience, we partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Charges
As a small, self-grown business committed to quality, we charge shipping fees that reflect the best competitive rates we receive from our courier partners.
- After placing your order, we require 48-72 hours to process the items that are ready for shipment. (Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays.)
- If there’s any issue with the availability of your order or an unexpected delay, we will notify you within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping address changes can only be made if the product has not been dispatched yet. Once the product is shipped, we are unable to redirect the delivery.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed.
- Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details for your shipment.
- Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like holidays, postal regulations, or flight rescheduling. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
International Shipping
As of now we are not taking any international orders online on our website.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities and tier 1 city orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery and Tier 2, Tier 3 will take 5-7 days.
If there is a delay at customs, we ask for your patience. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations or refunds until the customs clearance is complete. If the shipment is returned to us due to any restrictions, we will issue a full refund to the customer.
Packaging & Delivery Process
All our products are quality-checked and packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. If you notice that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package.
In such cases:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or tampered area.
- Do not sign for the delivery.
- Return the package to the courier service and immediately contact us at (+91) 9654029166 with the reference pictures and your order details.
We will do our best to arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.
If you do accept the package, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition.
Signature Requirement
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, along with your mobile number, as proof of delivery. Please ensure this is provided when requested by our courier partner.
