• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent damage.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hair products to prevent wear.
• Store each piece separately in a zip-lock bag or soft pouch in a cool, dry place.
• Clean gently; avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or jewelry cleansers.

Metro cities and tier 1 city orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery and  Tier 2, Tier 3 will take 5-7 days.

If there is a delay at customs, we ask for your patience. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations or refunds until the customs clearance is complete. If the shipment is returned to us due to any restrictions, we will issue a full refund to the customer

If you don’t like the product, don’t worry, you can request a replacement within 3 working days of delivery.

• The product must be shipped back within 7 working days (return shipping borne by the customer).
• To request a replacement, email care@smitamjewels.com within 3 working days with your Order ID and reason. The replacement window closes automatically after 3 days.
  Return is accepted only if:
  • Incorrect product received
  • Product received is damaged (unboxing video mandatory)
  Clearance / Milestone / Birthday Sale items are not eligible for replacement.
